New LMS Virtual Trade Show Video
Like you, we are disappointed that we are not able to meet in person, but we are grateful that the conference is still being held virtually.
LMS designs, certifies, and manufactures lightweight and accurate aircraft fuel gauging systems for both commercial and military markets. Our modern designs have been engineered using carbon fiber composites and other materials that ensure our systems last the life of the airframe and give flight crews the confidence they need in their equipment to complete the mission.
You can currently find our products on aircraft such as the Viking Air’s CL415 and 215 water bomber, CH-47 Chinook, the X-59 Low Boom demonstrator, special mission Dash-8s, and the AH-64 Apache, just to name a few.
In the last year, LMS joined Sikorski’s Future of Vertical Lift team on the Raider X. We provided fuel gauging for the world’s largest aircraft owned by Stratolaunch, we became a direct supplier to MD helicopters on their new crash-resistant fuel system for their 500 series helicopters and developed a new liquid oxygen sensor for the US Air Force’s WC-135 “Constant Phoenix.”
LMS is uniquely positioned to support new aircraft development programs, services life extension programs, and special mission modifications. We have a proven history of providing fuel gauging to full-rate production aircraft and supporting experimental flying testbeds. If you are designing a new aircraft or you are looking to improve the readiness of your current fleet, let us know while you are at the show. We pride ourselves on our committed customer service and responsiveness for each of our customers.

LMS began in 1989 with one big idea – replace the metal tubes used in fuel probes with graphite composite. It was lighter, more durable and wouldn’t corrode. We began manufacturing these new probes shortly thereafter using the highest manufacturing and quality standards. We expanded into signal conditioners and fuel gauges, adding additional manufacturing and engineering staff. Today, our facility is fully AS9100:2009 and ISO9001:2008 certified. In 2006, the company moved to its current location in Georgia, Vermont where we currently develop and manufacture systems for some of today’s most well-respected aircraft, including the CRJ l00/200, MD-87, F-16, Chinook, Blackhawk, Apache, Comanche, LittleBird, Cobra, Huey, and S-97 Raider.
